Dermashine Pro is the 9 pin multi needle mesotherapy injector with vacuum triggering. Negative pressure draws the skin into the needle field, the nine fine needles deliver your chosen mesotherapy cocktail at a controlled, even depth, and you cover a full face in minutes rather than freehand injecting point by point. Cleaner, faster, more comfortable for the patient, and far more consistent depth than manual technique. This collection holds the device along with replacement 31G, 32G and 34G needle cartridges. Choose the gauge to match the depth you're working at. 31G for deeper delivery and denser tissue, 34G for the lightest superficial work around the eyes and neck.
