How it works
Two waves, one platform
Most RF microneedling devices deliver continuous RF only. Sylfirm X adds a selective pulsed wave, which widens what you can treat.

The needle
Why the needle matters
Sylfirm X uses non-insulated needles, so RF reaches the tip directly and can be delivered in short, controlled pulses. Once delivery stops, residual heat is absorbed up the needle, giving a teardrop shaped thermal profile known as the Na Effect.
That shorter heat exposure supports treatment across Fitzpatrick I to VI, when trained clinicians follow the right protocols.
