If your current device is on lease or finance, you will need clear title before we can take it. That sounds like a faff but it is straightforward, and we walk you through it. We will even give you a template letter to send your leasing company.
The lease route
- We issue your trade-in offer, conditional on title.
- You request a settlement figure from your leasing company.
- Lease cleared, title transfers to you in writing.
- We collect, deliver and install, usually within 10 working days.

How is my device valued?
We look at the model, its age, the condition, what it would fetch on the secondary market, and any refurbishment it needs. You get a single figure in writing, applied as a discount on your new device. No formula to wade through, just a clear offer.
What if my device is faulty or quite old?
We will still take a look. If the commercial value is limited, we can often offer a goodwill disposal credit instead, so you hand us the old unit, we deal with the WEEE disposal, and you still get something back rather than arranging your own scrap collection.
I am still paying finance on it. Can I trade in?
Yes, once the lease is cleared and title is in your name. We help you get the settlement figure and give you a template letter for your leasing company. We cannot take a device you do not legally own, so this step protects you as much as us.
Who deals with disposal of the old machine?
We do. Collection and WEEE compliant disposal are handled by Novus, with the evidence and paperwork kept on file. One less thing on your plate.
How long does the whole thing take?
You get a written offer within 48 hours of sending us the details. If the device is owned outright we can often do same-day collection and delivery. On a lease, it is usually around 10 working days once title transfers to you.
